John has decades of advisory and capital markets experience across equity, debt, infrastructure, and property. In parallel with his career as an investment banker, John has also been an active non-executive director of ASX-listed companies, government and education bodies and not-for-profit organisations. John is executive chair of Poynton Stavrianou Pty Ltd and is a non-executive director of Perth Airport Pty Ltd. John has served on the boards of ASX, Alinta, Austal, Crown, Fleetwood and Multiplex and for the Federal Government has been a director of EFIC, the Reserve Bank of Australia’s Payments System Board and the Higher Education Endowment Fund. John also spent 10 years as a Guardian of Australia’s Sovereign Wealth Fund, the A$220bn Future Fund.

In the not-for-profit arena, John has served as chair of the Council of Christ Church Grammar School, Celebrate WA, Giving West and the Foundation of the WA Museum. In 2006 John was the recipient of the Western Australian Citizen of the Year Award in the Industry and Commerce category. In 2016 he was appointed as an Officer in the General Division of the Order of Australia. John holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an honorary Doctor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia where he was also awarded a Dean’s Medal.

Byron Miles is an Australian mining entrepreneur, investor, and financial markets professional with over 15 years of experience spanning company building, fund management, stockbroking, mergers and acquisitions.

As Managing Director of Rapid Critical Metals, Byron has built and financed resource companies across multiple jurisdictions, raising capital from leading institutional and high-net-worth investors, including some of the mining industry’s most respected names. He specialises in uncovering misunderstood or underappreciated assets and developing a strategic vision that unlocks their potential – with a focus on precious metals, critical minerals, and large-scale resource projects, and a particular passion for silver and high-grade mineral discoveries.

Having founded and grown various companies from inception to profitable businesses, Byron’s deep experience across commodities and geological locations, combined with his background in mergers and acquisitions, gives him a distinctive edge in identifying overlooked opportunities and turning them into significant value creation events.

Rick is a lawyer with over 30 years’ experience in both corporate and commercial law practicing exclusively in the resource sector. He has worked both as a Director and adviser to numerous resource companies and has extensive project planning, acquisition and development, capital raising and corporate governance skills.

Rick is the Non-Executive Chairman of Greenwing Resources Limited and a Non-Executive Director of Laneway Resources Limited.

Mike is an accomplished mining executive having covered a number of GM, COO and CEO roles in multiple American mining companies.

He has a strong operational background having been in charge of exploration, of SK-1300 Resources and Reserves, permitting, surface and underground mining, milling, and reclamation.

He is an instructor at the South Dakota School of Mines covering Mining Engineering and Management.

He holds a BSc (Mining Engineering) Missouri University of Science and Technology and MBA East Carolina University.

Michael is the CEO of Strata Investment Holdings plc, an ASX (SRT) listed natural resources investing company. Michael has been at the helm of Strata since 2016 and oversaw the company’s monetisation of its minority joint venture interest in MOD resources. This resulted in over A$40m of new shares in Sandfire Resources Limited (ASX:SFR) as well as a 2% NSR over 8,000km² of the Kalahari Copperbelt.

Michael is an experienced corporate financier having previously worked at Arden Partners (AIM:ARDN) and Allenby Capital in London.

Martin Holland is a mining executive and company founder with two decades of corporate leadership experience. He has listed five exploration companies and helped raise more than A$200 million across multiple listed entities to fund exploration and future-metals discovery.

Mr Holland is a co-founder of Cobre and the founder and former CEO of Lithium Power International Limited (ASX: LPI), which he listed in 2016. At LPI, he raised over A$70 million in equity and led the acquisition, exploration and development of a high-grade, large-scale lithium project in Chile.

He is also Chairman of Sydney-based private investment company Holland International and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Rapid Critical Metals.
